This follow up to IGNPC’s Game of the Year for 2002, uses the new Frostbite engine and offers full 24-player support and features three maps from the Pacific campaign: Iwo Jima, Guadalcanal, and the ever-popular Wake Island. Players will be able to engage in team-based infantry combat as either the US Marines or the Imperial Japanese. Players will also be able to take command of a variety of vehicles including tanks and planes. The game will be released this summer on the PC and through Xbox Live Marketplace and the PlayStation Store.
