Suspect Mii on the loose

Calling all cars, we got a Mii on the loose. Suspect is said to have on suspicious shades and a surprised expression. The suspect was involved in a hit and run and the police, as clever as they are in japan, know that japanese people have already evolved from human to Mii and look, I don’t blame this mii what so ever for that hit and run, They don’t even have hands, it’s just little orbs, I’m sure it had trouble turning the wheel as it is. Don’t punish him too hard :’(
