Resident Evil 5 Co-op demo gets you sooner then you thought (update)

Just when you thought you were safe, Famitsu gives you the bad news. They’ve been dreading it for some time now but feel too guilty about keeping it from you. It’s been eating them up inside and now you gotta know…Resident Evil 5…is bringing out a demo…a…co-op demo. Sssshhhhh, its alright baby. We’ll get through this, its not so bad.
Wait! This isn’t bad at all! in fact its fucking awesome and I may have just had a stroke!
Anyway Famitsu reports that December 5th the demo will be hitting the XBLM. It’ll give you two stages of zombie infested Africa. No word on a PSN download of the demo or if this is only for the japanese XBLM but as soon as we get any word of it you’ll be the first to know. Hang in there PS3 im sure thing’ll be just fine.
UPDATE: Capcom has let the gaming community know just now that the Dec.5th date for the demo is Japan only at this point and that the North American demo will release “a bit later”. How much is a bit later well we”re just going to have to grin and bear it for now, be sure to get on youtube around that date and see all the happy japanese downloaders upload some god stuff.
